April Journal Challenge – Day One

Since getting my diagnosis last month, I’ve decided it’s time to take a step to healing. I’m going to be start therapy this month, and I’m starting a journal now.

So, the rules:

  • Create a new journal spread each day.
  • Create an art piece to go into the journal.
  • Write in my journal every day.
  • Eat a balanced breakfast and build a new daily routine.

I’ll update you on my progress on Saturday next week!
