This is going to be a very boring post if I say what the first hour of my day is like because… It takes me an hour and a half just become functional – the issues of having chronic fatigue and pain.
So, let’s just do my routine. Which is as follows:
- Wake up at 6
- Out of bed at 6:30
- Breakfast at 6:45
- Pills at 7:15
- Radio from 7:00 – 9:00 Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri.
- Journal from 09:00 – 11:00
- Lunch from 11:00 – 12:00
- Commissions from 12:00 – 17:00
- Dinner from 17:00
- Web work and gaming from 18:00 onwards.
- Self-care from 20:00.
- Bed at 21:30.
