When you’re someone who’s chronically bullied – whether for appearance, personality, wealth, or disability – you learn most things the hard way.
If a friend comes to you, telling you that a mutual person is talking shit about you, you have to question why that person is comfortable talking shit about you to your friend.
Teachers can be just as bad as the bullies, if not worse, and there are less consequences for them because they’re usually the headteacher’s pet.
Defending yourself isn’t allowed – if you tell someone to fuck off, you’re likely to be the one to get penalised.
All in all – School gave me trust issues.
