This month has been eye-opening for me. I’ve done as much as possible, which ended up being very little, and ended up burning myself out.
It reminded me that no matter how much I want to do, I do have limits. Sometimes, I can’t quite tell where they are.
The good thing is that I have figured out that:
A. I need a schedule
B. I need to have regular breaks
C. I need to do less than I want to.
Forcing myself to do a lot of work only leaves me burned out and incapacitated for several hours to weeks… Two weeks of work put me into bed for two weeks.
But I’m going to fix it.
That’s enough for today, the April Journal Challenge is officially over, and it’s time to move on to the next challenge.
Here we go!!!
