Throwback to June 2022
WunmiTheArtist is a creative content producer on TikTok who was recently assaulted by ZARA security after a cashier forgot to remove the security tag from an item she’d purchased.
Although, Wunmi had a valid receipt stating she’d purchased the items, the security guard wasn’t listening and became very aggressive, very quickly. The incident was caught on camera and has been watched by over 5 million people on TikTok. Here are the videos:

If this had been a white woman, someone who fits all of ZARA’s marketing demographic targets, would she have been attacked like this?
I suspect that the answer is no. She was racially profiled by the very unprofessional security guard the minute the alarm sounded.
